INTERVIEWS

Listen to Paul Kivel’s interview on the White Noise Collective podcast. Paul shares his history of feminist and anti-racist organizing, grounded in decades-long movement building and educational work. The interview also highlights his focus on transforming patterns of Christian hegemony.

Mark Patrick George of the Going South podcast interviews educator and activist Paul Kivel about his life’s work at the intersection of Christian hegemony, racism and patriarchy. He discusses how understanding and letting go of the Christian desire to “save” communities improved grassroots efforts to curb gendered interpersonal violence. Paul recounts how he moved from defensive to proactive in his efforts to show solidarity in anti-racist and feminist movements. Click here to listen to this and other Going South episodes.
